Responsibilities
Your internship activities will be concentrated in:

• Production Supervision – Become familiar with both the managerial and vocational aspects of the homebuilding industry.
• Sales – Gain an overview of the sales process including product demonstration, determining customer needs, appointment setting, financial qualification and closing techniques.
• Land Research – Learn to forecast and prepare for future homebuilding activity in a given Metropolitan area.
• Building Products – Tour our manufacturing plant and Architectural Services office.
• Mortgage Services – Be introduced to loan processing, closing, and settlement services.
