Responsibilities
Your
internship activities will be concentrated in:
- Production
Supervision – Become familiar with both the managerial and vocational
aspects of the homebuilding industry.
- Sales – Gain
an overview of the sales process including product demonstration, determining customer needs, appointment setting, financial qualification and
closing techniques.
- Land Research
– Learn to forecast and prepare for future homebuilding activity
in a given Metropolitan area.
- Building Products
– Tour our manufacturing plant and Architectural Services office.
- Mortgage Services
– Be introduced to loan processing, closing, and settlement services.
Basic Qualifications
Leadership experience and strong communication skills are required. We prefer candidates who have completed at least 3 years of college. Candidates must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
