NVR Homes Sales Team is a dynamic group of individuals who bring a variety of successful sales experience to the table. Our mission is to provide a superior level of customer service that will create, reinforce and grow loyal NVR home-buying customers. This is accomplished by cultivating a unique environment where each sales representative is empowered to market and sell their own community of homes through their own entrepreneurial ideas and style.

Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will assume full responsibility to influence the decision process and communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis. In addition, you will demonstrate the home and pre-qualify the buyer for financing.

In addition to consultative selling, each sales representative will use their creative ability to initiate target marketing for their community through means such as direct mail, referral parties, grand opening celebrations and presentations. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Performing cost-estimates
  • Presenting purchase agreements
  • Assisting your customers in matching the correct financing program to their needs
  • Demonstrating homesite/lot
  • Understanding and demonstrating blueprints/ siteplans
  • Maintaining the overall image of the community

Corporate Training
NVR's basic Sales Training Program takes approximately 2 - 6 months to complete. It consists of 12 days of centralized classroom training, supplemented with extensive training in the employee's division.

On an ongoing basis, additional sales training is provided at the Corporate, Regional and Divisional level. Training topics range from Sales Negotiating, to Construction Knowledge for Sales, to Closing Skills.

Educational Requirements
Two to four years of demonstrated, successful sales experience. No license required.

Other Requirements
Candidates must have a valid US work authorization.

First year earning potential of $70,000 with top producers earning over $100,000, plus:
