	SEC MANAGER The timely completion of all company filings with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) is the responsibility of the Manager of SEC Reporting. This encompasses, but is not limited to, the preparation of all drafts and sections of Forms 10-K and 10-Q. The professional in this position will also ensure the consolidation of the Company's subsidiaries, coordinate the annual audit and quarterly reviews, and prepare all other audited financial statements including 401(k) financial statements on form 11-K that are required by regulatory or rating agencies.
