	INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER A key position, the Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and auditing of the many Homebuilding Divisions, Building Products Plants, Mortgage Branches and Settlement Services Branches of NVR. Supervising a talented staff of professionals comprised of Internal Auditors and Financial Rotation Analysts, the Internal Audit Manager also coordinates assistance to external auditors during the annual financial statement audit. Additional responsibilities include participating in quarterly meetings of the Company's audit committee; proposing changes to existing practices and controls; and identifying other opportunities for operational improvements.
