	FINANCIAL ANALYST The direct responsibilities of the Financial Analyst are to engage in the significant analysis of financial operations of multiple homebuilding divisions by playing a key role in matching operational performance with corporate objectives. In this position, the Financial Analyst also provides business analysis of trends and opportunities to Operations management. This hands-on interaction allows the analyst to successfully assist in achieving goals and developing full-year and forward year forecasts of sales, settlements, and profits used in planning, cash flow and profit analysis.
