  PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

When you join us as a Production Supervisor, you will assume an entry-level managerial position that is anything but typical. That's perfect, because you are not the typical candidate. You want something special…something distinctive. How about overseeing the entire homebuilding process for millions of dollars worth of new homes? You can do it. First, you'll receive comprehensive training, recognized as the best in the industry. Then, you will work on-site under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager. You will manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitor project costs/budgets, meet with customers, collaborate with NVR sales professionals, and more. You will be out and about, making your own decisions, managing your own time, and leaving the traditional office environment far behind.
