	HOMEBUILDING INTERNSHIP By participating in the NVR 12-week paid summer internship program, you will gain valuable experience, embrace key responsibilities, and be compensated for it. You are given the choice of focusing on the managerial aspects of the homebuilding industry with our Production Internship or you may choose to focus on the home buying process with our Sales & Marketing Internship. With the Production Internship, you will work in the field with a Project Manager and become familiar with activities such as construction scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management, customer relations and budget management. If you choose the Sales & Marketing Internship, you will work directly with our Sales team to gain an overview of the sales process including product demonstrations, competitive analysis, customer relations, financial qualification, and sales techniques. Both the Production Internship and the Sales & Marketing Internship provide a well-rounded view of the homebuilding industry with exposure to aspects such as land research, building products and mortgage banking.
